nonstopmeetings.com (“we”) shows you how much of your time goes to meetings. To do that it reads your calendar, read-only, and keeps as little as it can. This page explains exactly what we access, why, and how to delete it.

Google user data we access

When you connect a Google account, you grant us these permissions:

• Your basic profile (name and email address), to create your account and sign you in.
• Read-only access to your Google Calendar (calendar.readonly). We read events from your primary calendar: their start and end times, whether they repeat, their title, the people invited (names and email addresses) and whether rooms were booked, your own response, and whether the event is marked as free. We can't create, change or delete anything in your calendar.

How we use it

Only to show you your meeting statistics: time spent in meetings, estimated cost, back-to-back runs, the recurring meetings and groups of people that take the most time, and when your meetings happen. We don't use Google user data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI or machine-learning models. No person reads your calendar data, unless you ask us to for support, it's needed for security, or the law requires it.

nonstopmeetings.com's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we store

• For each event: its start and end time, how many people were invited, whether a room was booked, your response, and whether it repeats.
• Names of recurring meetings only, encrypted. Names of one-off meetings are never stored.
• The names and email addresses of the people in your meetings, encrypted, so we can show who you meet with most.
• Your Google sign-in tokens, encrypted, so we can keep your statistics up to date.
• Your name, email address and settings.

We never store meeting descriptions, video-call links, attachments or locations. Encrypted data uses AES-256-GCM, and everything travels over HTTPS. Data is stored on our own servers.

Sharing

We don't share your data with anyone. Nothing is public unless you create a Meeting Wrapped card: a card shows only the summary numbers on it, plus meeting names if you choose to include them, and never who you meet with. Anyone with a card's link can see it, and you can delete it at any time.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

Your meeting history is kept until you delete it. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Settings; it's removed immediately. You can also revoke our access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
